1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area and purchase a product through our website, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receives the product.

To exercise this right, email info@gadgetlabshop.com before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. Include your name, order number, the product concerned and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You may use your own wording; no specific form is required.

2. Returning a Product After Withdrawal

After notifying us of your withdrawal, send the product back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us. The deadline is met if you dispatch the product before that 14-day period expires.

You may inspect and handle the product only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would reasonably be allowed to do in a physical shop. You are responsible only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

Original packaging is recommended because it can help protect the product during return shipping, but its absence does not by itself remove your statutory right of withdrawal. Please include proof of purchase or sufficient order details so we can identify the order.

Do not send the product to the manufacturer. Contact us before shipping so that we can confirm the return instructions.

3. Refunds Following Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw, we will reimburse payments received from you for the returned product, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order. Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

We will issue the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the product or you provide evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.

Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not incur a reimbursement fee. For cash-on-delivery orders, we may request the bank details needed to issue the refund by bank transfer.

4. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning a product when exercising the 14-day right of withdrawal, unless we have agreed to bear that cost or applicable law requires otherwise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

If a product is defective, damaged on arrival or not as described, contact us before returning it. Where the law requires a remedy at no cost to you, we will provide appropriate return instructions and bear the applicable return cost.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to categories excluded by applicable consumer law, including:

• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
• goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery;
• sealed audio, video or software products that were unsealed after delivery; and
• digital content supplied without a physical medium where performance began with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal would be lost.

These exceptions apply only where the legal conditions for the relevant exception are met.

6. Sale and Discounted Items

Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price have the same statutory withdrawal and conformity rights as products purchased at a regular price. A discount does not, by itself, make a product non-returnable.

7. Defective, Damaged or Non-Conforming Products

The 14-day right of withdrawal is separate from your legal rights when a product is defective, damaged or does not match its description. If you receive such a product, email info@gadgetlabshop.com with your order number, a description of the issue and, where helpful, supporting photographs. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund.

8. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, contact us at info@gadgetlabshop.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. This section does not limit your statutory rights regarding withdrawal or non-conforming goods.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law applicable to your purchase.
